What if living your purpose is a deeper, life-long evolutionary journey of reclamation, remembrance and sovereign choice?

And yet, we’ve been taught to think about purpose as something we discover.

A destination.
A calling.
A single answer that finally makes life make sense.

There’s this notion that:” Once I know my purpose, everything will click. I’ll feel certain. My life will have meaning.”

Purpose isn’t a destination.

It’s so much more fluid and faceted than this linear perception.

It’s something that evolves as you evolve.

Yet it has turned it into a mythical prize—something we’re supposed to find, get right, and prove through the size of our achievements or the scale of our impact.

So we keep checking in with ourselves and asking:

  • Am I doing the right thing?
  • Have I missed it?
  • Am I wasting my life?

And when life throws us curveballs and…

Your career comes to a screeching halt..
Your business stalls or you lose interest.
Your relationship fizzles.
When the persona you built to fit in crumbles before your very eyes and the dark night of the Soul hits you…….

…we assume we’ve somehow fallen off our path.

Maybe we haven’t.

Maybe we’ve simply entered a new season.

Every Season Has a Purpose Within the Purpose

Trust me on this.

Each season has a higher soul meaning designed to support you in untangling from the persona you created to fit in and to step into the truth of who you really are.

The question is how is your purpose working you and forging you into more of your authentic essence?

What is it requiring you to see, feel, experience, let go of, step into, declare, speak, allow and enjoy?

Summer asks for courageous action.

Autumn invites gratitude and integration.

Winter calls for truth, patience and deep inner work.

Spring awakens faith, curiosity and new possibility.

None is more valuable than another.

Each prepares you for the next.

The rub isn’t that the season we’re in is wrong, or even that we’d prefer to be anywhere else.

It’s that we simply haven’t been taught how to value and to BE in each season.

The side effect is that we we spiral into judgment, resentment, confusion, fear and try to claw our way out of where we are thinking we’d be better off in summertime.

The Questions That Change Everything

When fear, panic and bewilderment hit you, here are some questions to give help you maximize the gifts in your season of purpose:

  • What is this season asking of me?
  • What gift is hidden in this experience?
  • What is the medicine I need most right now—courage, patience, rest, truth, or action?
  • How can I meet this season with greater curiosity instead of resistance?

It may not diminish the discomfort, but it can offer wisdom.

Context frames the season and gives it meaning

Clients come to me seeking clarity on their next steps.

Sometimes they do.

More often, they need context FIRST.

Because once you understand the season you’re in, you stop fighting yourself.

You stop comparing your winter to someone else’s summer.

You stop interpreting every pause as failure.

Instead, you begin working with your purpose instead of trying to force it into someone else’s definition of success.

I’ve come to believe we’re always living our purpose.

Not only in the moments that look impressive.

Every season that asks us to let go of who we’ve been so we can become who we’re here to be.

Purpose isn’t your job title; your next milestone; your highlight reel.

Purpose is who you’re becoming while you live your life.

So if you’re in a season of healing…

Preparation.

Growth.

Stillness.

Or complete uncertainty…

Trust that you’re not behind.

You’re exactly where your purpose needs you to be.

Because every season has a purpose within the purpose.

Your purpose is a CONTINUUM – not a destination.

And when you stop resisting the season you’re in, you discover the gift it has been holding for you all along.

I’d love to hear from you.

What season of purpose are you in right now?

I’ve love to hear from you.

To your sweet success,

Priscilla
