I have a new message from the Akashic Records on the topic of time, that was inspired by a message my own guides shared with me on the same topic.

“Dear Ones,
Let’s talk about time, shall we?
The fallacy, the entrapment, the matrix of time.
Time keeps things moving, it gives us a linear sense of progression but it has, too often, capped our capacity to be present, alive and harvesting the magic and wonder of daily life.
Time does have it’s practical utility and existential purpose.
You need to know when an appointment is taking place to show up for it.
You need to know how long it takes to get from Point A to Point B.
And, from a spiritual perspective, time reminds us of the preciousness of life and to make the most of the time we have on the planet.
So – utilitarian, absolutely.
So what’s the real hang-up and fallacy about time that so many still don’t understand?
It’s that time is a made up construct, just like money.
It’s an artificial way to measure units of life.
Practical, useful and also a mind fuck.
Living has become an ever-ending race against time.
So we’ve been living AGAINST our own nature and rhythms and against our own trusting in the unfolding of life.
What if we looked at time as a river current and an expansive space to play and to explore, rather than something to tame, conquer and to fill up with endless tasks?
You see, time isn’t the enemy; lack of self-trust is.
If you knew something you desired was inevitable, would you be in such a hurry to get there?
Sure, there are humanitarian emergencies and for these, of course, urgency is warranted and needed. And there’s the childhood desire to “are we there yet?“
But to truly live from our natural flow of life, to stay present in our world and in our bodies as we live out our purpose and our destiny, we invite you to move at the rhythm of your HEART and of your BODY instead.
Your heart and soul offers you the wisdom to trust in the flow of life and your body can inform the decisions that are expansive, true and supportive.
Time, as a construct, built to lead us and to give us a structure to live, has over-ridden the wisdom of our natural inner and physical knowing.
This is the invitation, dear Ones, to lean into your inner knowing first.
This is the spiritual practice.
Tap into yourself and become aware of inner pressures, the urgency to “get there”, especially at the cost of your daily joy, and where you feel that “there” is so much better than “here”.
If you are to work within the construct of time, decide to lead it, not to follow it.
You are not at the mercy of time.
You have power in this equation with your thoughts, your beliefs, your decisions and your willingness to work with time by choosing yourself FIRST.
Stop looking to time and determining what you can do with what you perceive you have.
Rather, ask yourself what you desire and how time can YIELD to you.
If time is a construct, do you not have control over your perception and decisions around it?
Even when there are indeed limitations such as deadlines, expiration dates, closures and finite moments ahead for something, you can still decide, HOW you will respond to them.
So the fallacy of time is simply this: You’re in control, dear One – not time.
Take your power back.
Make demands of the Universe for what you desire.
Give yourself permission to be, say and do what you truly mean and what matters most to you.
Trust in yourself and in the natural flow of things.
Stay in as good of an emotional state as you possibly can.
Then place your order to the Universe and let go – as you would a restaurant order. Place it and let it go. You know it’s coming. But you’re not going to rush the chef because you think the order won’t come right?
Let time be a tool to remind you of where you DO have power. This is the Divine in Divine Timing.
That you – as an infinite, Divine being – have the power to shift time, shift your perspective about time and when things should or shouldn’t happen.
Decide you’re having your desires. This is your Divinity – your true and loving essence – guiding you to move in an aligned manner towards your joy, your purpose and your alignment.
Then allow the natural flow of life and the infinite Universe of possibilities to deliver it to you.
The key to the process working in your favour is for you to focus on what you can control:
- giving yourself permission to be, do, have, say what you desire
- deciding it’s already yours, without question, editing, or apology
- letting go and being joyful every day
- taking aligned action when you ask and receive guidance
THIS is Divine timing and you’re more in control of it than you think.
So start focusing on what you desire.
Stop giving your power away.
Pay attention to where urgency is feeding the lie of scarcity and disempowerment.
Ask yourself instead: What would love choose in this situation? What does my heart’s wisdom have to say in this case? If I knew this was already done, how would I show up in my body, my life, my community, my body of work?
Let go, dear One.
You’ve been holding a very strong grip on life and on your desires.
Urgency is a chokehold.
Anchored trust, grounded joy and unshakable belief are how you give abundance, life and your destiny the SPACE to flow towards you in ways you couldn’t even imagine.
Because, what if it IS really all working out in your highest favour, and beyond your wildest imagination?
What if you could let go more?
What if you could lean into joy more?
What if, it’s all really good right now, just as it is, imperfectly or perfectly?
Your perspective and belief shift time.
So remember, you’re the master, not the servant.
We love you.
All is well.
Trust the process and unfolding of life – yours and the collective’s. Stay focused on the LONG game while mastering the mystery and magic of daily life.
This is the dance of the soul and the beauty and magnificence of being Divinely human and eternally Divine.
