Crossroads: This is where my clients often find themselves. And this is the perfect timing for a Business Akashic session to illuminate the most aligned path for you now.
This morning my clients were:
* A psychic medium looking to build a foundation for her new business. We focused on her core gifts, strategic marketing and partnerships and a clear suite of packages and pricing to move her forward. All in 75 minutes.
* A therapist and coach: we identified where to focus her energy, how to prioritize her time and resources and also rework her 2023 and 2024 packages and pricing and her business model so she has a LOT more time on her hands and has ENHANCED her client delivery.
* A Leadership and Executive Coach honing her disruptive message for her book so it's not diluted. We focused on her enjoying her season of life and the present moment.
I've extended my 1 hour Akashic Business Sessions for the rest of the year because they've been so pivotal for clients who are:
- at a crossroads and wanting clarity on where to direct their energy, focus and time.
- at a pivotal shift in business direction and want a transition plan that's supportive, sustainable and actionable
- ready to share a deeper, more edgy message with the world and wish to identify and to articulate that message clearly, powerfully and authentically.

Sometimes changing your scenery in a way that feeds your soul's core frequencies is just the medicine you need to remember who you are.
My trip to NYC this month was the gulp of oxygen I needed.
I remembered what energies feed me.
I bathed my soul in beauty.
I welcomed the generosity of New Yorkers, sometimes unjustly coined abrasive and rude.
Don't get me wrong, a few birds were flipped and even that felt as natural as breathing!🤣
The truth is that we always carry a spectrum of frequencies within us that are available to access.
And....sometimes access feels easier when we immerse ourselves in a place that fills our cup.
Living in the country these past two years has been true culture shock.
And in my attempts to fit in and to blend in, I was losing more and more of myself.
I ended up resenting my neighbours for their 'small-mindedness' and judging my big city dynamism.
So naturally these judgements created greater disconnection from myself and others!
I couldn't see what was RIGHT about me and others. Just what was WRONG.
But that stopped when my trip offered PERSPECTIVE and a deep full cup NOURISHMENT of what lights me up.
I remembered how far I have come.
I visited old and new places with fresh eyes, wisdom and humble gratitude.
I get to be me and to allow others to be themselves with RESPECT vs JUDGMENT.
We each get to be in our own lanes being fully expressed and dreaming our own dreams, flipping the bird when called for and dropping a few F bombs for effect when called for.
We are being asked to be more and more of ourselves...reclaiming, reimagining and sometimes CONTRAST offers just the medicine required.

Today was dreamy! I finally got a haircut I loved, found a nail spa that made me feel pampered, took the bus down 5th Avenue and then enjoyed one of my all-time NYC treats Boba tea!
Despite a slight chill in the air, it was a perfect day to receive the hospitality of New Yorkers, to enjoy all the goodness that this amazing city has to offer.
Mama had cataract surgery just a couple of days ago and was a trooper never leaving my side.
I am deeply grateful to be by her side and to have her as such a loving and supportive ally in my life.
