I am just fed up.
I have built a new business this year that’s thriving, I have moved more times than I care to remember and I’m tired and exhausted.
And I know that deep inside you are feeling the strain of this year too.
Like you, I have high standards. I like doing things well.
I am deeply present with my clients, friends and loved ones.
This means that I can easily over give.
As a coach, I am also constantly curious to see what my colleagues are up to: new trends, new possibilities for collaborations etc..
But I’m outing myself to you because I KNOW that I’m not alone: I am a kiss ass.
I have spent a lot of time in my business wanting to be liked by my colleagues; wanting people to respect my work; wanting them to collaborate with me and to see my value…. And to put their money where their mouth is.
AND…..It’s been f*g exhausting.
And I’m sick of it. Done!
As you may remember from my post a couple of weeks ago about the power of aligning with energy that feels good (CLICK HERE to read the post if you missed it), it’s important to trust yourself.
And trusting yourself also means trusting the Universe to provide and to trust your intuition and your path…. Even when it feels scary and worse… when it feels God awful LONELY.
Yes- lonely – I said it.
I feel alone a lot of the time.
Yes, I have friends, colleagues, supporters and amazing clients who are truly incredible.
But being a trailblazer, doing work that’s spiritual and deeply transformational and that truly looks and feels authentically like me – isn’t always easy.
It takes true courage to align with your soul and to follow your calling.
It’s NOT for the faint of heart.
But if you are on my email list and reading this now, I know it’s because you know you are meant to be doing powerful work in the world as well.
And I would dare to add that you too feel like a pioneer, a trailblazer.. because there are those “crazy ideas” that you have that scare you. The ones that keep nudging at you all the time…
They scare you not because they are “weird” but because they feel so right…. AND there’s nothing out there in the world that you know of – yet – that looks and feels just like it.
Do you know why?
Because you are the one meant to create it and to birth it into the world.
So, I ask you, will you dare follow those “crazy impulses” and ideas?
I have a client who pinned me as her “crazy idea” coach because every time she had a massive breakthrough it was prefaced by my “crazy idea” suggestion.
While she thought I was nuts before the fact, after the fact she loved me for it… Now she’s just used to it. She even embraces my “crazy ideas”.
So, what’s this all got to do with you?
I want to impress upon you 2 concepts:
- Alignment: In a client survey I sent out last week, the #1 adjective that my clients used to describe me after (fantastic, transformational and inspiring – thank you ladies!).. was IN ALIGNMENT.
We “get” each other.And more importantly, by doing the work in their Akashic Records, they get IN ALIGNMENT WITH THEIR SOUL AND ITS PURPOSE which creates massive synergy , joy and alignment in their lives.
- Simplicity: Sometimes we’re exhausted simply (pun intended) because we are making it too hard.Hard work is necessary but struggle is always a choice.
So today I want to invite you to look at where in your life can you KEEP IT SIMPLE SWEETHEART.
Where have you (like me) been trying too hard to be liked; to please other people; to get outside approval to validate your desires, your worth and your life?
STOP IT NOW I tell you. Enough is enough.
You are living your life for YOU and for those you are here to serve – PERIOD.
Yes – supporters, fans, collaborators are all good and valid. But I am teaching you here how to be self-reliant and self-empowered and your outer results are always an external reflection of your inner world.
So, as the holidays are practically a stone’s throw away and we’re pondering how we want 2015 to be, I want to invite you to REALLY look at where you can SIMPLIFY your life.

Beauty, miracles, service, magic happen in simplicity… so CHOOSE SIMPLE.
In fact, CHOOSE EASY because simple is often the easiest choice.
