The year 2014 was a powerful one wasn’t it?
We were called to live our Truth, speak our mind, be bold, and to release the people and situations that no longer served.
And no matter what you’ve experienced, I know that you are a stronger person for it.
And as I sit on my bed here in Brazil writing you, I am reflecting on some powerful lessons from last year.
These lessons have become new habits and new ways of being that I hope will resonate for you too moving into 2015.
Let’s get started…..
#1. You can love even more deeply after your heart’s been broken
#2. The secret to more joy, abundance and less stress is to trust in yourself and in a benevolent Universe
#3. Coming from the heart allows for deeper connections and less judgment
#4. Believing in yourself and owning your value is always the answer…
$5. When stressed, get strategic and find an empowered solution
#6. Chocolate makes everything better (and oldie but a goodie)
#7. Saying “no” when you mean it incredibly liberating
#8. Doing work you love is like living life on a natural high
#9. Compassion is a game changer
#10. Take the lessons and the high road from difficult situations and trust it’s happening for your Highest good.
#11. Stay in the moment: this is where you future stems from
#12. Choose easy. Struggle is a choice
#13. You get to be the architect and creator of your life. Choose wisely
#14.Aligning with your soul’s purpose makes life incredibly sweet and fulfilling
#15. Wealth is often experienced in the small pleasures in life that make us feel so rich and full inside
#16. Believe in your dream and yourself more than you do in your fears
And 2014 was the year that I took my boldest risks:
- declaring my love to a person even though my love wasn’t reciprocated
- creating a new brand and business that aligns with my purpose
- taking my boudoir pictures to celebrate my 40th birthday
- doing my first women’s retreat and living on my own after my mama moved back to Brazil
- going on a Pilgrimage to Israel to visit the Holy Land that deepened my faith in a kind and loving Universe
