As I’m writing you, every part of my body is shaking, aching and in a heightened sense of discomfort.
It’s that time again to decide who my next mentor will be and the choice is leaving me uneasy.

I know I’m ready to step into a bigger version of myself, own my message in a greater way and to really own my Truth.
And everything is telling me that this next vision means starting fresh: with a new mentor, a new tribe.
This is not what my ego wants to hear.
It’s so much easier to stay with what is comfortable. However, I’m not about staying comfortable.
I’m about expanding my edge and living in discomfort.
My clients are the same way. I teach them how to trust themselves in life and in business and it’s a GAME CHANGER for them.
However, this approach isn’t for everyone.

It’s so easy to want to stay comfortable and for us to have that crutch of a person outside of ourselves to tell us what to do.
There is a time and a place for having a coach – for sure.
However, there is no coach, program, mastermind group or external purchase that can give us what we cannot give to ourselves – which is the ability to trust our inner knowing.
When I see people make decisions in business that don’t support them, it’s because they didn’t trust themselves.
In an industry with so many self-proclaimed gurus that just tell you what to do, it can feel easy to just give your power away to them.

In any given situation: in life, love, with your money, in your relationships it all comes down to this fundamental question:
Do you trust yourself?
Can you make decisions from a place of power and faith or will you default to your fears that are trying to keep you safe and playing small?
Sustainable, fulfilling and powerful success comes from leaders who know themselves deeply, intimately and are willing to “go there” and to trust themselves even if it means getting highly uncomfortable.
Truth be told, I know what I need to do and so do you.
But the question is are you allowing yourself to trust and listen to your inner knowing or are you letting fear take over?

- Trust yourself even in the face of the uncertainty.
There is nothing more powerful than your ability to trust yourself.
