Today, I wanted to send a heartfelt message of love and gratitude to all of you on my email list and my sincerest wishes for a joyful and magical New Year.
Soul guidance can be so reassuring and uplifting.
For this reason, I wanted to share something special with you this week.
What came to mind was a special treat – a channeled message from the record keepers/spiritual guides of my email list to you.
These channeled messages are often the most opened and the ones that you tell me you enjoy the most. So I thought why not start the year off with a powerful message from your Records, right?
I opened up the Akashic Records of my Sweet Path Wellness email newsletter list and asked the questions below. Scroll down for the answers.
I hope the information shared by your guides resonates with your heart and supports you in having a beautiful and magical year.
Upon opening the Records of the group of my email list I asked the following:
“What does this group (my email newsletter list) need to know right now?”
You are magical.
You have so many amazing gifts to share with the world.
Our New Year’s message to you is to share yourself more boldly with the world.
We know that you have huge dreams and desires stirring in your belly.
We know that at times you feel alone, overwhelmed and scared.
We know that you are much greater than all of these negative feelings.
You are magnificent.
You are ready to take on the next step of your life and your business.
You are ready for greatness and to shine your light more brightly.
What do you really, truly want to do this year?
At what pace do you wish to do it in?
Who do you need support from in order to do what you truly desire to do sweet souls?
We are here to remind you that you cannot and should not do everything alone.
What is the common block for this group and how do they heal it?
Stop trying to do everything alone.
Stop trying to figure everything out or do everything all at once.
What does your soul truly yearn for you to create this year?
We suggest that you focus on you top 3 goals. These can be business and life-related.
Do you want to be in a loving, magical, romantic relationship? Then commit to that.
Do you want to start, grow or rebuild an existing business? You can do it. Identify what you need to create it and go after it. Who do you need to hire? What knowledge do you already have that can help you kick start this project?
Secondly, what people, places, experiences, habits and old beliefs do you need to release (like yesterday!) in order to create what you truly desire to create this year?
Seriously. What do you need to let go of?
You cannot create something new in an old space.
You must release the energetic and physical dead weights that are holding you back.
We know this isn’t an easy ask but it is what’s required if you are truly committed to living a life that you love and to living your dreams.
Living your dreams can be easier than you make it but it does involve some hard decisions and being very true and honest about who you will let enter your sacred energetic space, what you will tolerate and the boundaries that you will create.
Above all, living your dreams this year is truly about believing in yourself and in your powers to create anything that you truly desire.
Anywhere where you are still believing that you cannot have, be or do what you truly desire, can you please destroy and uncreate that right now?
There is energetic work to be done to release what has been holding you back. Find the modality that works for you (tapping/EFT, Access Consciousness, muscle testing, soul work etc…) and get rid of that sh*t. It’s got to go.
Some of you are holding on to old energies that aren’t yours. So first, ask yourself if the uncomfortable feelings/energies you are feeling are yours. If they aren’t, just say “I return this energy to sender with love.” You don’t need to know to whom those feelings belong to. Just send them back with love and notice how much lighter you will immediately feel.
Some of you are still believing that life and the pursuit of your dreams needs to be hard and a struggle. Please destroy and uncreate that. It will require work but struggle is always a choice.
Next, we invite you to participate in groups/masterminds where you won’t feel alone. It’s hard enough trying to go after big dreams and particularly so when you’re doing it all by yourself.
Join a group. Start a group. Ask for help and allow it to come to you. Anything that won’t allow that energetically, please destroy and uncreate it.
You are ready sweet souls for the next steps of your journey.
For some of you, 2016 will start off slowly. For others, it is in full swing.
Regardless of your pace right now, trust it.
Trust yourself.
Trust YOUR process. It’s Divine and uniquely your own.
For this reason, do not compare yourself to others despite the temptation. Put your head down and keep focused on your work and what YOU are here to do.
Finally, get CRYSTAL CLEAR on what your key project is this year (writing a book, starting a new endeavor, closing something big out) and do not compromise yourself. Make that project happen. You know what project we are talking about. It’s important to your growth and to the world right now.
You’ve got what it takes.
You can do it.
What else does this group need to know right now?
Embrace love in your life.
Feel and allow all of the love that is available in this world to enter your world.
Be discerning and yet, stay open.
There is so much love all around you and love is what will set you free, open you to your creativity and support you when you think that you cannot go any further.
Love starts always with you and is always an inside job.
Love yourself by staying committed to your top priorities.
Love yourself by saying no to projects, people and experiences, old habits and beliefs that no longer serve you.
Love yourself by setting aside daily and weekly quiet time and making it a non-negotiable. The spirit world needs quiet to share with you messages as you navigate your path.
Love yourself by being true to you and your Truth.
Trust that whatever breakdown you experience, that you will overcome it with flying colours and new opportunities are right around the corner that will far surpass what you could have imagined for yourself.
But – you must make room for the new by releasing the old.
We just had the New Moon this weekend.
Take some time to release energetically what no longer works and to invite the new to come in.
Do not fear the unknown.
You are always Divinely guided and protected.
Clean and clear your energy of what no longer serves and stay in a state of positive expectation of what else is to come.
Stay positive.
Stay focused.
Stay committed to your dreams and to what you truly desire.

Be excited about what’s to come.
This is a fresh energetic start and a brand new, fresh, delicious year is ahead for each and everyone of you.
Believe you can have what you desire.
Be fiercely committed to clearing what is in the way of you having your desires.
Trust in the process.
Trust in Divine timing.
Ask for support and allow it to come into your life.
Believe in miracles.
Believe in you.
Know that you are never alone.
Lean into the spiritual practices and rituals that you desire to support you on your journey. You don’t have to go on this journey alone – again we reiterate this strongly.
Remember that you are so loved and we love you so very much.
