With so many emotions coursing through our veins today I felt called to tap into the soul Records and ask for guidance on how best to navigate the changing political tides.

I hope the information shared by your guides resonates with your heart and supports you to live your Truth and to own your power and destiny.
Upon opening the Records of the group of my email list I asked the following:
“What does this group (my email newsletter list) need to know right now?”
It’s time to let go of the judgments, the conclusions and the fears and to take your power back.
Start by voting.
Start by using your power as an individual to speak your truth, to volunteer, to support a cause that’s near and dear to your heart and above all to reclaim your sense of personal power.
Do not allow your mind to fool you into thinking that you alone, or that the power of the individual doesn’t matter because it does.
This is a time to reflect on what you desire, and this election has provided the opportunity for all of us to get clear on what really matters to us, how much power we really have as individuals and as a collective for good and for change.
It’s also been an opportunity to expand our mind into what’s possible and to explore new possibilities, points of view and ways of being that hadn’t before truly entered our awareness.
The polarity caused by the election across the nation and in the world has served as a wake up call. Don’t shoot the messenger (the candidates). They are here to get us to awaken to parts of ourselves that have been dormant and to activate our personal power and our voice.
Just see how many people are exercising their power to vote and to make their voices heard today.
If nothing else, this election has been an opportunity for you to see what matters most to you and where and how you are willing to share your gifts and your voice to make a change.
This isn’t actually about one candidate or another, this is about you realizing your power in the world to create change.
While you are electing specific officials, specifically a new President, this is about your power of influence in your personal life and for the collective through your vote, your voice and the congruence of your vote with your beliefs, your values and your actions.
This election is happening for all of us and while it may have felt frustrating, disgusting and anxiety-inducing for many of you, focus BEYOND all of this into what else is possible for us as a people, a nation and for the collective consciousness and the awakening of the planet.
Sometimes we need polarity to show us what matters most to us.
Sometimes we need controversy and to see the not-so-pretty side of ourselves to reflect and to make a change.
Sometimes we need to fall down to get back up and to choose differently.
This election isn’t about changing anyone else’s opinion about what’s right and true for them and the country. It’s an opportunity, rather, to reflect on what’s true for you and what you are willing to do to create that vision in the world now, and more specifically BEYOND this election cycle.
There is no right or wrong answer to this predicament, just whatever you choose.
This election is ultimately about coming to terms with, recognizing and acknowledging our power of CHOICE.
Not just for a presidential candidate and for legislation but the impact of our choices individually and collectively.
And our power of vote is a unique and powerful reminder that what we have to say matters.
If there is a part of you that feels cynical about your power to affect change, we challenge you to examine your cynicism and when you decided to give your power away and to stop caring.
Again – there is no judgment and no right and wrong, but ultimately this is about your choices and creating congruence around your words, beliefs and actions and no matter what you choose, being fully conscious of it.
Some of you have said that you had to vote with your conscience and that might have surprised you when you went to the ballot box.
Some of you are inspired at the prospect of having a first female president.
Again – it’s about choice. What are you choosing? And is it congruent for YOU?
Because ultimate change and power starts and ends when we are fully congruent with ourselves first and foremost and we take the time and have the courage to examine what matters most to us and what we are willing to do about it.
Are you willing to take action in your life beyond the election to support the causes that matter most to you – in whatever way feels congruent for you?
Are you willing to speak up for the causes that matter most to you?
Are you willing to reclaim your power and to BELIEVE again? In the human spirit, in possibility and in change regardless of what the world is throwing at you and what the media is manipulating you to think or believe?
What do YOU believe?
When you shut out the outside chatter, political banter and the blaming and shaming game, what is YOUR truth?
This is your time for reflection on your personal power to evoke change.
While our politicians have power – it never takes away from our power to create change in our personal lives, in our local communities, in our country and across the world – however we see fit to do so.
However, cynicism only creates more divisiveness and distracts us from confronting what taking our power back can really look like.
We honour you for your courage and are excited for what you will continue to create in the world moving forward.
May this election spark a fire in your belly for change and for what you are capable of creating in the world through your ideas, gifts and devotion.
We love you all so much and hope you will see this election as an opportunity for you to lean into your power and to share it with the world rather than to become cynical or complacent.
You are so much more than just a set of points of view.
You are magical.
You are Divine.
You are an infinite being with infinite potential. Imagine what you CAN create when you stay in this vibrational energy of possibility and magic?
You are so loved and so incredibly powerful.
Steadfast to your vision of change for the world and your personal power to evoke it into existence through your brilliance and devotion.
What is the common block for this group and how do they heal it?
Believing all of the media hype and getting stuck in the back and forth arguments and who is right an who is wrong. This is not what this election is about.
It’s a mirror, a theatrical production if you will, to get you to look at what you believe, what matters to you and what you are willing to do to make a change in the world. It’s an invitation to explore what else is possible when you believe in your ability to create change and choose to act on it – however that feels true for you.
What else does this group need to know right now?
Believe in yourself.
Trust yourself and don’t allow fearful, anxiety-inducing thoughts of the collective to dissuade you from your power, your purpose and your magic.
Stay in an energy of positivity, possibility and courageous action.
