It’s officially Autumn and to me it feels like the start of a new year and also a time of gestation and re-birth.
As we step into this new season filled with magical possibilities, I was inspired to share a channeled group message for all of you in my email list.

I hope the information shared by your guides resonates with your heart and supports you in having a beautiful and magical summer season with those you love.
Upon opening the Records of the group of my email list I asked the following:
“What does this group (my email newsletter list) need to know right now?”
Change is in the air.
You can all feel it.
It’s a new season and frankly, a season for new beginnings.
You’ve all gone through the challenges recently and especially during Mercury Retrograde to re-align, re-invent, re-adjust and now it’s time to start reaping the rewards, to harvest and also to plant new seeds from this new energetic wave that you are riding.
There are still lingering old energies (doubt, fear, anxiety) lurking but don’t be alarmed. You are still integrating all of the shifts that have occurred and give yourself the space and your body the space to take everything in and realign.
There is nothing to fear.
All of the shifts that happened needed to happen to support you in being where you are now and to create what you are in the process of creating.
Everything that was released was ready to be released and was in fact, excess.
It isn’t easy to see the Truth and to have powerful awareness, especially, when that awareness calls for significant shifts in your way of being, the status quo and your lives.
However, rest assured that they were necessary and that all is well with the world. All is well.
All is as it should and needs to be and before you are infinite possibilities, potential and opportunities.
We invite you to focus on 3-5 things that you really want to accomplish this quarter and on how you want to FEEL as you create them.
Where do you need more room, space, order and structure in your life?
Where can you add more play, fun and self-care?
Where have you been honouring your feminine side and giving yourself permission to ALLOW and to RECEIVE?
You are a master at doing and we are inviting to step even more into your feminine and in so doing to co-create with the Universe, to BE more and to allow life to come to you with ease and grace.
What block does this group need to release?
Stop trying to force life, be impatient or blame yourself.
Life has its own rhythm and unfolding so ALLOW life to work on your behalf.
Stay in the present moment and milk it for all the goodness that it has to give you.
Learn the miraculous lesson of the power of the now; the power of today because this is when your life is happening and when your future is truly unfolding.
Stop thinking about the past and stop giving yourself anxiety over the future that has infinite possibilities based on what you choose today!
What else does this group need to know right now?
Stop trying to push (too hard).
What if this was the season for more flow, alignment and ease?
How can the old ways of doing things shift in such a way so that you can invite and allow for more EASE in your life?
What conversations have you been meaning to have that could create a quantum leap in your business and your life that you’ve been avoiding?
Where have you been procrastinating out of fear or because you’ve been telling yourself that you aren’t ready when you really are?
Where have you been unwilling to look at the Truth regarding your personal power, your power to choose and your power to create anything that you truly want in your life?
Where have you kept yourself distracted in confusion, overwhelm, self-doubt, fear and anxiety as a way to stay where you are instead of stepping into the new vision for yourself and your life that you know deep down you are ready for?
Where can you ask and reach out for support so that your path can be easier?
Where can you invite more SELF-CARE into your life?
You are being reminded that you don’t need to do everything alone.
The Universe needs space and time to allow for what you want to come into your life. So stop overcrowding your life, your mind, your body, your physical space, your calendar and your days with so much that you are consciously and/or unconsciously blocking yourself from hearing your soul’s whispers and your aligned next steps.
What message do you wish to share with this group?
The key step for all of you next is ALIGNMENT.
Are your beliefs, thoughts, actions, feelings in alignment with what you TRULY DESIRE?
Are you REALLY, REALLY CLEAR on what you want and on your willingness to go after it?
There is no judgment regarding where you are in this process and we are also calling you out anywhere where you are telling yourself that you don’t know what you want.
You may know more than you have been willing to admit to yourself.
Answer for yourself (and shhhh … this is just between us!): If I could have life look anyway I wanted, what would it look like? Where would I be living? What kinds of relationships would I be having and what would my career and/or business look like?
Then take a pause and listen to what comes up.
It may not be anything like what you’ve been telling yourself that you “should” want or have.
If that’s the case then it’s perfect!
Then write down your answers.
What REALLY lights you up and feels magical, juicy and orgasmic?
Follow that awareness and what feels LIGHT and TRUE for you.
Desire is really simple. It’s our minds and our ego that overcomplicate life.
We also invite you to SIMPLIFY your life.
Where are you tolerating things that don’t meet your standards?
What are you repeating over and over again or been telling yourself you’d do (for months!) and have yet to pull the trigger?
You’re ready. It’s time now go and pursue it.
This is the season to pull the trigger on the HELL YESES in your life and to see the incredible and magical unfolding that will show up as a result.
Again – you’re ready.
Choose magic.
Choose what you want… because it’s wanting you and ready for you to claim it.
What would be possible if you allowed yourself to step into the most ideal, aligned and magical life for yourself and your business?
What if what I desire is closer than what you thought and it was just a choice and a realignment shift away?
We cannot wait to see what magic unfolds in your lives.
