Every week I speak to incredibly smart, successful women who tell me they want to play a bigger game in life but they’ve been hesitating.

– Their confidence in themselves has diminished and they’re second-guessing their dreams

– They feel angry at themselves for not being further ahead

– They feel depressed, stuck, anxious and in a stop-and-go cycle

– They’ve relinquished thousands of dollars in new business opportunities and collaborative new relationships because they haven’t been showing up fully

With a quiver in their voices, these women tell me: “Priscilla I’m terrified of being seen.”

I have so much compassion for them because – you see – I’ve been there.

Up until last year, I was hiding behind my laptop too, waiting to lose 15 pounds, to feel ready, to sound put-together and to claim my space in the world.

The hiding took a toll on my confidence level, I hated myself for it and it also had a huge negative impact on my income level.

Once I realized the impact of my visibility block, I made a decision to heal my fears; to feel SAFE in being seen and as a result, 2014 has been my highest grossing year in my business to date.

Almost every time I go out I close business or make a connection that leads to more business. It’s crazy good!

When you show up, the money follows.
