I wasn’t a believer in the power of sisterhood until 8 years ago when I signed up for a four day retreat in Palm Springs, California.
My life at the time was a HOT MESS.
I hated my body. I hated my work and I hated my life.
The good news was that I was ready for a change and to do the deep dive work that was required to heal.
Up until that point I’d tried using food, shopping, chocolate and other distractions to numb the pain but they were no longer working so I was open to a new approach.
In a nutshell, those 4 days cracked me WIDE open.
I shared very personal secrets about myself that I had never – up until that point – shared with a single soul.
I cried – A LOT.
I let it get very messy because I knew I was finally on my way back to wholeness.
That breakthrough event set the course of my life for the following four years. From there I went on to study with many other master coaches, teachers and healers who helped me restore my sense of wholeness, peace and inner joy.
I traveled across the United States and the globe to heal. And I did.
