My new website is finally here!
After 3 months of intense labour pains and loving work, I’m ecstatic to be announcing that my new website is LIVE!

Let’s go back in time first. In the beginning…..
Many of you have been with me since I started out as a health coach helping busy women lose weight and create a healthy and empowering lifestyle for themselves.
You’ve also emailed me over the last year mentioning that you’d noticed a gradual but clear transition from traditional wellness coaching to a much more spiritual line of work that I do (yes!).
So, it’s time for me to come out of the spiritual closet!
Now my work is deeper and much more aligned with who I am today. It’s a lot more spiritual and soulful and ALL of my programs entail doing profound healing work at the SOUL LEVEL + kick-ass coaching.
Why?
Because I’ve found that this is where the deepest, most lasting transformation happens for women.
In addition to profoundly changing my life, this work has had amazing, life-changing results for hundreds of women worldwide as well.

My MISSION is to help women business owners and powerhouse women in corporate America live their soul’s purpose in a body they love.
The way I do this is through a very profound and powerful tool called the Akashic Records.
The Akashic Records are your soul’s blueprint. Everything you’ve experienced throughout your lifetimes including this one has been documented in your soul’s records. In this sacred space of love, truth and healing, you can shift patterns, beliefs and trauma and release it once and for all so you can accelerate your results and create more joy, ease and abundance in your life.
I’ve found that once you heal the blockages in the way (some that you hadn’t even realized) and you receive clear guidance from your guides as to the next steps that ALIGN with your soul’s purpose – you become unstoppable!
Manifesting the life of your dreams doesn’t have to be so hard.
That’s why I love the Akashic Records so much because it supports you in clearing out the gunk at the SOUL LEVEL (including past lives), gain laser clarity on your next steps and start kicking ass!
In essence, I’m here to create SOUL shifts that result in changes in your health and life in ways you never thought could be so EASY and SWEET.

My work is for the woman ready to live a life with meaning, in a body she adores at any size. My work is a breath of fresh air for people who are tired of the surface-level health plans.
They are ready to create quantum leaps.
And, there is no one-size fits all.
